The design for Lot 37 of Elysium is a mondrian assemblage of forms, materials and program arranged around a principle outdoor room. The 'elevated courtyard' gaining purchase onto the North East aspect and views of of Noosa's Mt Lagoona. The plan opens and combines with the core spaces to construct interpreted outdoor coastal living.

A significant gatehouse residence at Elysium, Lot 37 exercises it verticality to manage privacy and forges connections beyond the site. Elysium Noosa is a unique urban development within the Australian context, in which selected national architectural firms are invited to design for individual sites.
